While we endeavour to keep our website up to date in terms of stock levels there will be times when an item will be unavailable. If you are wishing to purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact you immediately by phone or e-mail with an estimated delivery date. Should this date not be acceptable to you we will cancel or amend your order happily.
Goods are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of order providing payment has been cleared.
Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses is £4.99. Delivery charge to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles is £15.00.
Delivery of larger/bulky/fragile items may incur an extra cost. If this is the case, it will be clearly indicated next to the product description.
Express delivery can be arranged. Please call us on 01803 832658 (10 - 4pm Monday to Friday) to discuss.
At present we do not delivery overseas - sorry.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will happily offer an exchange or refund for non-faulty or damaged items returned to us in perfect order and in the original packaging within 7 days. Please call or e-mail us to notify us of your intention to return the goods within 48 hours. We will refund you the cost of your goods within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note items are returned at your own cost.
If you return an item, please ask for proof of postage from your post office as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving with you damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace or refund the cost of the item once it has been returned to us. Return delivery costs in this instance are refunded.
We are unable to accept returns of items specially made and/or personalised.
We can only credit a refund to the original purchasers card.
